• .afpackage (Affinity Designer) file for you to customize.

• Font I used for the layout.

• Everything is customizable.

I tried to include a .psd file but unfortunately Affinity Designer can't save as .psd with layers. It just merges the .psd files. Sorry!

(If someone can help me convert the files to .psd, that'd also be great!)
